A supernova is one of the most energetic events in the universe—a massive explosion when a star reaches the end of its life. Yet, within that moment of death, there is also a powerful rebirth.

Supernovae can outshine their entire galaxy, visible from billions of light-years away. This awe-inspiring phenomenon is the heart of my intention with Supernovae: to support solo mums—those who truly carry the weight of their universe while keeping their world afloat. Together, we’ll shed outdated belief systems, activate the light within, and illuminate a future that feels whole, expansive, and entirely new.

As a way of giving back, I am offering a complimentary 1:1 session each month to a solo mum—no questions asked.

This initiative is deeply personal to me. As a solo mum, I’ve been uplifted by the incredible support of my community, and it feels only right that the ripples of that love and care flow even further, reaching those who need it most.
